In this hands on class we will be exploring the flavors of the globe to create the following dishes; Eggplant and Cauliflower Pakoras with Tamarind Chutney, Stuffed Acorn Squash with Parsley, Walnut Pesto, Asian Tofu Salad with Sesame Cilantro Dressing, Vegetable Tagine with Chick Peas and Swiss Chard and Nutty Chocolate Chip, Oat Cookies.
